153 Democrats just betrayed us and I’m done pretending this is okay I need to talk about HR 7006 because I’m actually sick to my stomach right now. On January 14th, 153 House Democrats voted with Republicans to pass this bill and I need you to understand what they just did.

The Republicans snuck these into a bill about our funding for the UN, State Department, and foreign aid. It was a shameful tactic.

I have always voted for funding for the State Department, UN, and USAID in my 10 years in Congress.

I have already voted no on military sales to Israel, voted for funding UNRWA, voting for funding the ICC and co-sponsored Tlaib’s genocide resolutions.

AIPAC is currently spending against me in the district because of my record on Gaza.

Lol he is saying no one on the Dem side read the bill because they trust the Republicans so much? I kind of doubt that… They all want to be Republicans, but they can’t drop the (D) label in their respective districts, so they always have to offer some small resistance, like tweets or voting down some less important bills to show how tough they are against the Republicans.

There are only two parties, they just need to hold on to that (D) branding and they are extremely likely to get around 50% in every general election.

He deserves to die twice as much for this as for doing it on purpose. It’s not like these assholes have difficult jobs, yet they still can’t be bothered to even pay someone to do it for them.

Nah I’m sure it’s some massive scandal that Ro will fight tirelessly and endlessly to expose. Certainly he won’t just move on from it into next week because none of this effects him. Right?

Because if people in the government tricked other people in government into doing something that would be a big deal! And you would expect the people who got tricked to be really really mad and do something about it.

The parliamentarian! Rules based order! Democrats hide behind uphold those things all the time! They’ve probably got blood in their eyes right now right?

((Sarcasm aside: God damn America and fuck that lame weasely lie, oh my god “I didn’t know!!! : (” lameasssss))

Where’s that email where hillary , Podesta (her campaign manager) wanted to use Ro to rake in Silicon Valley fascist cash for the DNC?

      Dump on Khanna

reddit-logo link to an old post of mine

John Podesta Wikileaks Ro Khanna to be used to secure Silicon Valley money for the Democrats.

      https://wikileaks.org/podesta-emails/emailid/40072

Ro who is 38, has received the support of over 600 technology and financial leaders, more than six times what President Obama received in 2012. This includes both Democrats and Republicans such as Eric Schmidt, John Doerr, Paul Otellini, Sheryl Sandberg, Marissa Mayer, Ron Conway, Vinod Khosla, Sean Parker, Marc Andreessen, Peter Thiel, Marc Benioff, Steve Luczo, George Roberts, Marc Lasry, and Andy Spahn. Ro has raised nearly $5 million in two years without any help from party committees or elected members/officials. In this cycle, Ro’s tech and South Asian donors can be a source of at least $50 million for the Democratic Party in national races. Over 70% of Ro’s donors were first time donors, and many will be inspired to give big once Ro wins

Ro Khanna has been a loyal supporter of Hillary Clinton unlike Mike Honda.

Speak to Leader Pelosi (she is very fond of Ro)

Honda is likely to vote against the TPP despite the White House’s wishes. Ro has come out for it.

      https://wikileaks.org/podesta-emails/emailid/17741

article makes the point that Rand Paul looked at Ro’s tech/ south Asian donors and has been systematically going after them. Kevin McCarthy has also. These tech donors don’t feel like they have a home in either party and we risk losing them

I know you get this and care about the future funding base for our party

They rightly see the tech demographic as ready to get a lot more politically engaged—and not necessarily on just one side. Khanna lost, but he’s trying again in 2016, and there is no shortage of wealthy, left-libertarian techies who could become a lot more influential should they find the right candidate.

      https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Steve_Spinner

A key Silicon Valley investor and Ro’s campaign manager

      https://wikileaks.org/podesta-emails/emailid/40072

      John,

Thanks for meeting with me today. Great chatting about a number of topics. I am excited about helping, in any way I can, to make sure the Clinton campaign gets the enthusiastic support of Silicon Valley tech community, past Obama donors, and the South Asian community.

I also appreciate that you understand the need to solve the Khanna-Honda issue. It’s about the future of our Party and also about maximizing support for Hillary Clinton in a big way this cycle. I was inspired enough to share a few thoughts we discussed for your reference.

John, you are one of the few statesmen in our Party with the stature and vision to solve this. I know it’s the right thing to do, a legacy issue for our party, and will pay dividends for the Clintons for many years. Let me know your thoughts, John. See you late tomorrow afternoon.

      Best,

      Steve 415-640-7746

      https://old.reddit.com/r/WayOfTheBern/comments/pb8a6n/ro_khannas_wife_owns_376k_in_defense_stocks/

Khanna’s wife owns $376k in defense stocks

Then there’s his praise of Bill Kristol of PNAC infamy.
