The Euros are completely subsumed by their role as the “Junior” partner of global neo-imperialism, if it’s not ripping off black people, killing brown people or condescending toward Asians, then Europe can’t comprehend it, they don’t have the civilizational bandwidth for anything other than expansionist neoliberalism
