For real, I mean this is literal direct acts of harm he’s admitting to. Not to mention giving up any illusion of moral high ground when it comes to (actually real) Russian cyberattacks.
But actually doing stuff costs money, and the UK government is allergic to that. It’s likely this is just posturing without any actions behind it, and they’re just doing this to stay relevant.
It would be just like them to try to make some nationalistic overture like that, in a way that requires no action and just pisses of everybody for no benefit
