“There are now about 30 countries against Israel… the Lord is counting on me to stand on the side of Israel. The whole world was against Israel, including my country,” Justice Sebutinde said on August 10 at Watoto Church during the launch of a new ministry for members aged 55 and above, known as Golden Legacy, where she is a member.

Speaking further, Justice Sebutinde revealed that around the time of the ruling, the ICJ was due to hold elections for its leadership, including the vice president’s position, which she sought. She said that due to the uproar over her judgment, she almost withdrew from the race but felt compelled by God to continue. “A few days before the judgment, there were going to be leadership changes. I wanted to be the vice president. On the morning of the election, your peers elect you.

She said that due to the uproar over her judgment, she almost withdrew from the race but felt compelled by God to continue. “A few days before the judgment, there were going to be leadership changes. I wanted to be the vice president. On the morning of the election, your peers elect you.

Justice Sebutinde, now serving her second and final nine-year term at the ICJ in the Netherlands, says the current crisis in Gaza was a sign of the “End Times” foretold in the Bible, urging Christians to remain vigilant.

“There is something I want to share. I have a very strong conviction that we are in the End Times. The signs are being shown in the Middle East. I want to be on the right side of history. I am convinced that time is running out. I would encourage you to follow developments in Israel. I am humbled that God has allowed me to be part of the last days,” she said.

Isn’t there some sort of impartiality to personal beliefs or something required there, or is she saying the quiet part loud?

She is confusing god and government

    https://www.blackpast.org/african-american-history/2008-rev-jeremiah-wright-confusing-god-and-government/

Let me help you with something. Let me help you, let me help you. The military does not make for peace. The military only keeps the lid on for a little while. The military doesn’t make for peace, and the absence of armed resistance doesn’t mean the presence of genuine peace. Somebody needs to hear me tonight, you’re not hearing me. War does not make for peace.

Jesus is going to disown you for standing by genocide

15 “Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing but inwardly are ravenous wolves. 16 You will recognize them by their fruits. Are grapes gathered from thornbushes, or figs from thistles? 17 So, every healthy tree bears good fruit, but the diseased tree bears bad fruit. 18 A healthy tree cannot bear bad fruit, nor can a diseased tree bear good fruit. 19 Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. 20 Thus you will recognize them by their fruits. 21 “Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. 22 On that day many will say to me, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and cast out demons in your name, and do many mighty works in your name?’ 23 And then will I declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from me, you workers of lawlessness.’

      I liked this one

      https://www.caitlinjohnst.one/p/the-biblical-case-for-supporting

      Long list

What, do you doubt him? God clearly and explicitly commands Christians to support the modern state of Israel. It’s right here in the Holy Bible; give me a moment and I’ll find the verse for you.

Aha! Got it. Exodus 20:13, “You shall not murder.”

Wait, hold on, that’s not it.

Here it is, Matthew 5:9, “Blessed are the peacemakers.”

Hang on, shoot, that’s not the one. What I meant to say is Lamentations 2:19, “Lift your hands to him for the lives of your children, who faint for hunger at the head of every street.”

Ah, wrong one, lemme thumb through this a bit more. Got it! Proverbs 24:11, “Rescue those who are being taken away to death; hold back those who are stumbling to the slaughter.”

Wait, sorry, no, it’s Psalm 101:7, “No one who practices deceit shall dwell in my house; no one who utters lies shall continue before my eyes.”

Oh no actually it’s Proverbs 6:16–19, “There are six things that the Lord hates, seven that are an abomination to him: haughty eyes, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood, a heart that devises wicked plans, feet that make haste to run to evil, a false witness who breathes out lies, and one who sows discord among brothers.”

Oops, no, it’s definitely not that one. Actually it’s Deuteronomy 27:25, “Cursed be anyone who takes a bribe to shed innocent blood.”

No, dang it, that makes AIPAC recipients sound bad. Gimme a minute. Ah! Mark 12:31, “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.”

No, wait, got it! Here it is, Romans 14:19, “Let us therefore make every effort to do what leads to peace and to mutual edification.”

Oh no, that isn’t the one I was looking for, it was Second Corinthians 13:11, “Strive for full restoration, encourage one another, be of one mind, live in peace. And the God of love and peace will be with you.”

Oh actually that one sounds kind of antisemitic in this context, gimme a sec.

Got it! Ephesians 4:3, “Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace.”

Hold on, that’s not it either. The one I meant to cite was Hebrews 12:14, “Make every effort to live in peace with everyone and to be holy; without holiness no one will see the Lord.”

Oh boy, this really isn’t going well. Lemme see… oh! James 3:18, “Peacemakers who sow in peace reap a harvest of righteousness.”

Gosh darn it, I made a mistake. The verse I meant to point to was First Peter 3:11, “They must turn from evil and do good; they must seek peace and pursue it.”

Wait, no, it was Galatians 5:22, “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control.”

Actually it was Luke 6:35–36, “But love your enemies, do good to them, and lend to them without expecting to get anything back. Then your reward will be great, and you will be children of the Most High, because he is kind to the ungrateful and wicked. Be merciful, just as your Father is merciful.”

Oops, no, nope. Man this is way harder than I thought it was going to be. Oh! Hey! Found it! It was right here in Genesis the whole time, chapter 12, verse 3: “I will bless those who bless you, and whoever curses you I will curse; and all peoples on earth will be blessed through you.”

There! See? It’s right there in black and white. God’s saying we are commanded to support a modern state that we created in 1948, no matter what it does. The Bible is entirely clear and unequivocal about this, and says absolutely nothing to the contrary.

      Checkmate, heathen.

    1. I am reminded of the evangelical who believed the Book of Revelation would come true in his lifetime. He died in like 2014 lmao

    2. God doesn’t need your help to bring about the apocalypse. He’s God. He can do whatever he wants whenever he wants. If he needed the help of mortals to end the world, he wouldn’t be God.

To answer the question, it’s the words of someone who probably lost everything and was very bitter at the Babylonian conquest of Jerusalem. There’s no indication that these are supposed to be the words of any God, it’s from a book of poems.

Fundamentalists don’t care, though, they care about the bible like Zionists care about children.

Fresh allegations have emerged of Julia Sebutinde, acting president of the International Court of Justice (ICJ), appearing to plagiarise large sections of her dissenting opinion on Israel’s occupation of Palestine.

Last month, Sebutinde, who arguably holds the most prestigious judicial position, was accused of directly lifting sentences almost word for word in her dissenting opinion written on 19 July.

SSebutinde definitely ratted out anti-Apartheid activists and resistance fighters for sure to an Orwellian Apartheid South Africa in literally 1984, which at the time claimed that anyone fighting against it was the Antichrist.

Meanwhile, the post-Apartheid South Africa whose freedom struggle was also justified by the word of God against the same oppressors that SSebutinde herself praises, with one of the largest Christian populations in the world at 55 million (<85%), only behind most much larger countries, has steadily become one of the most hostile countries towards Shitreal.

when you are in a “hating isnotreal” competition and your opponent is a random SACP/EFF voter in Johannesburg’s Inner City: squidward-nervous

Come on SSebutinde, no need to hide what you’re actually thinking. jb-shining

        From Wiki:

She was accused of plagiarizing large parts of her dissenting opinion from pro-Israel sources,[25][27] as well as plagiarism from Wikipedia and the BBC. According to political scientist, Norman Finkelstein, “at least 32 percent of Sebutinde’s dissent was plagiarised”, including from writings from Douglas Feith.[28]

The plagiarism includes multiple sentences that are identical with the column, The Forgotten History of the Term “Palestine”, by Douglas Feith, such as “In 135 CE, after stamping out the second Jewish insurrection of the province of Judea or Judah, the Romans renamed that province ‘Syria Palaestina’ (or Palestinian Syria). The Romans did this as a punishment, to spite the ‘Y’hudim’ (Jewish population) and to obliterate the link between them and their province (known in Hebrew as Y’hudah).”, appearing almost identical to Feith’s writing.[27] Furthermore, Sebutinde also wrote "When the distinguished Arab American historian, Professor Philip Hitti, testified against the Partition of Mandatory Palestine before the Anglo-American Committee in 1946, he remarked: ‘There is no such thing as ‘Palestine’ in history; absolutely not.’ ", a sentence that is almost identical to a page from the Jewish Virtual Library.[25][27] Other sources that Sebutinde allegedly plagiarized from include a PragerU video from conservative activist David Brog, the Wikipedia page on the Yom Kippur War, a written statement from the International Association of Jewish Lawyers, a statement from Fiji’s submission to the ICJ, and a 2016 paper by Abraham Bell and Eugene Kontorovich.[28]

The entire Western “justice” system is ran by incompetent clowns, promoted solely based on their servitude to power. We’re seeing plenty of it in the US Surpreme Court as well.
