minus-squarevovchik_ilich [he/him]@hexbear.netlinkfedilinkEnglisharrow-up13·15 days ago30c/kWh?! Damn, I’m used to 10c/kWh in Spain (home supply, idk about electric charging prices)
minus-squareChump [he/him]@hexbear.netlinkfedilinkEnglisharrow-up10·15 days agoThe chargers are are usually 3-4x what home prices are. Makes it about as costly as driving a 30mpg car, around me at least
minus-squarepucker4676@lemmy.mllinkfedilinkEnglisharrow-up7·edit-215 days agoMy home electricity is about 13c/kwh, but that’s definitely on the cheaper end in the US empire. The faster the charger the more expensive they are when you’re oot and aboot
minus-squarevovchik_ilich [he/him]@hexbear.netlinkfedilinkEnglisharrow-up6·15 days agoI see, thanks! Hopefully we get huge solar farms to make electricity cheaper and abundant
minus-squareDogThatWentGorp [he/him, they/them]@hexbear.netlinkfedilinkEnglisharrow-up4·15 days agoYuh I think home supply for me might be more like 20 on off peak but the utility company where I live is evil like that : / Still like 30-50% cheaper than gas for me though. Its a crazy world. 10c/kWh sounds like a dream though damn lol
