It looks like Nuara was/is an NYPD detective who showed up in the little black book quite some time ago, but the name didn’t ring any bells.
Nicola Caputo is apparently an Italian politician.
Mikeladze and Leonov seem to be the least visible two characters here. I haven’t found anything about them through brief searching, but I’m curious to see what comes up.
Wexner and the Sultan are both fairly visible characters you can read up on.
