Is anyone buying this crap? I just don’t believe a lick of anything that comes from this current group of clowns masquerading as an administration right now.

Visiting my partner’s extended family rn. They’re okay with anything trump is doing at this point. The boats need to be bombed because they’re carrying fentanyl, the oil tankers are carrying sanctioned oil. Same one who gloated about his buddy killing the oldest man in Afghanistan. I hope he kills himself. Anyone know how I can trigger PTSD?

Nobody paying attention believes it, but also it doesn’t matter, because the US can do whatever it wants whenever it wants with impunity. They have to come up with some “plausible” excuse for the media and so that their partners in crime can “justify” it, so they do, but that’s about it

Just to be clear, the only thing that has changed is the removal of the thin veil of bullshit that is typically presented by whomever is in office.

This is business as usual for the US.

Anyone with any sense shouldn’t buy this, but capital sure will.

I’m reminded of Al Kadri’s theory of accumulation through war: A devalued, dispossessed, and de-developed Venezuela would provide massive opporunity for the US empire to accumulate more wealth and power.

And if there is not a strong enough opposition to US aggression against Venezuela, it carries with it little to no risk to the capitalist class.

It is kind of hilarious that even though the US spends more than the collective military budgets of the next few dozen countries on its military, it’s still incompetent at actually doing anything well with that money. It botches everything, it’s outmaneuvered by guerilla militias, and it fails to board tanker ships.

I forgot to post the newer article. US failed to pirate Bella 1.

A U.S. official, speaking on condition of anonymity, said the Coast Guard officials on the Ford were from a Maritime Security Response Team and at the time too far from Bella 1 to carry out a boarding operation.
