    I’d imagine their chat channels aren’t end to end encrypted, I don’t think cia would want their messaging to be stored and controlled by a gaming company

      I’d guess that a privately hosted modded minecraft server could have e2e encryption or something. Literally deliver messages via in game items or something, idk very cyber

        But you have to install minecraft or wharever to access the communication network. A webpage can be access by any explorer and with a little of trickery bypass corporate and government filters.
