Dumbass, multiple judges have said there’s no evidence of invasion to use as an excuse. I’m sure the process of getting the Supreme Court to block this (if they do) won’t allow any sort of harm to everyone who can’t get due process and sit in legal black holes while shitty court cases work though the system.
They are probably going to experience some intense culture shock. I know the police aren’t allowed to detain a congress person heading to DC for congress business, does that not apply when they are at a federally run facility to conduct official business? They let them tour eventually so obviously they are aware of why they showed up, contradicting any claims they make about unlawful entry or whatever excuse they come up with.
