2 days agoNo it’s a good sign actually. It’s a sing that people care enough about the rest of us to altruistically punish those who should be punished. If enough people act in this way, it brings stability because there would be consequences to certain actions.
This is actually true, European standards for grading meat are dog shit, aside from age of the cattle, everything else is the opposite of what you want in your meat. While on the other hand I have to recognize, that american beef on average is very high quality. And while their top grade still wouldn’t cut it as the lowest grade in Japan, the mid grade is still much better than what I can get where I live in central mexico, Wich is very similar to European beef, at that point it’s not even worth it to eat beef, I haven’t bought since November.
If the eu had open beef trade, most of their producers wouldn’t be able to compete.
