Trump learned he only has to yell “Emergency!” with no basis in fact and he’s already been able to use the military and now the FBI on American streets. How far he can go and how fast will ultimately be determined by the GOP SCOTUS. And I am not optimistic - to say the least.

Other cities are not run by the federal government, so on it would be hard to do… not that Trump cares about rules, so who knows?
