    Maybe creating an ethnostate for a group of human beings that consider themselves to be “God’s chosen people” was a terrible idea to begin with.

      Not particularly more terrible than any other that was founded on the same basis, and if you go back far enough, all are.

      Honestly human psyches have a space for gods and even if they don’t exist, they fill a survival role and the modern secularism is just a fad

      Not the permanent enlightenment that the Renaissance promised, huh?

        I don’t remember other example of colonizer claiming the people that they stole their land doesn’t exists.
