Stop all support. If that doesn’t work, sanction them. If that doesn’t work, blockade them. If that doesn’t work, invade and depose the government. Hold tribunals, try them and hang officials and service people if convicted (like all fascist deserve).
Your take is more moderate than mine. I’m torn whether to go with escalating reprisals in the face of so much death and starvation. I think your strategy could have worked if implemented in 2024.
