Flávio’s departure defies an order by Supreme Court Justice Alexandre de Moraes prohibiting the defeated candidate from leaving the country and instructing him to surrender his passports. The ruling is connected to an investigation into Flávio’s alleged participation in a money-laundering scheme. (He’s also being investigated as part of a probe into the financing of a biopic of his father.) By Tuesday morning, the younger Bolsonaro had missed the deadline to hand over his travel documents, and the Brazilian federal police were looking into whether he had left the country via Argentina.
He’s not yet a US immigrant, but it appears he violated laws by leaving Brazil.
Why do all these failed wanna be dictators end up fleeing to the US and end up being greeted in Florida? Its almost like there is a pipeline of shitty people coming and going from the state…

Nothing says “I’m legitimate” more than fleeing your country after a botched frauded election
He’s fleeing because winning the election was the only way to extend his immunity to prosecution. He has a bunch of pending cases regarding corruption, tax evasion, a financing scandal, and money laundering.
And millions of voters looked at him and thought “Yup, that’s my guy!”.
Just as much a piece of shit as they are.
And, like in the Untied States, I’m bewildered at the asinine system that allows getting elected to be a viable way to avoid prosecution

I’ve seen another story saying he was ordered to hand in his passport and he said he was going to comply.
He is probably being pedantic, and meant he’d hand in his passport to US customs agents
