I glanced over this manifesto, and this is a bit odd:

apart of any groups or organizations there are many I support, I would even go so

He also mentions the famous line from the Joker movie:

The reason they would include the DPRK is because they don’t know the first thing about it, and believe that all the myths told about it are true, and believe that those myths are cool and good. Hence referring to it as “North Korea”
They feel that their position is precarious and long to earn their recognition as white. For similar reasons the most unhinged Ukrainian fascists are Russian-speaking.
