In pretty much every country (and especially the USA), going over as a refugee means that you get the bare minimum and it’s a last resort type deal.

I’d don’t understand why’d they come over on refugee status? In pretty much every country (and especially the USA), going over as a refugee means that you get the bare minimum and it’s a last resort type deal.
