If this happens, I wish someone in the US Army refuses an order to participate in the war, arguing that he will not follow illegal orders, because only Congress has the right to declare war. Assuming this goes to a non-military court, we would finally have a case against the president’s ability to wage war which is very very clearly very unconstitutional.
