Doctors that are likely to flee to Canada are very likely Doctors who care more about helping people than making money. This isn’t the issue you should worry about in this context.

And it’s by no means just doctors. A lot of people who work in highly skilled fields are considering how to make the move. The brain drain is real.
Good! I’m sure the anti-intellectual USA will be just fine with their “thoughts and prayers” and bible classes. Maybe the next ultra-rich conman in charge will hand over a New England state or two to the Canadian Union in exchange for a few life-saving surgeries…
We need a fast track for these, and other, skilled persons. Upon entry and stating they are doctors, or whatever skilled trade, they should be issued the final exam and then whatever parts they don’t pass they go back to school to complete, then they are let loose to practice
