Sometimes I say this at work, but you can be damn sure the second time that question is asked, I’m prepared.
At my first IT job (which was help desk/sysadmin), during onboarding I was told “it’s not okay to say ‘I don’t know’ unless you follow it up with ‘but I will find out.’”
I like that. I will probably use that one.
