The writer of that article doesn’t seem to know the difference between ice cream and sorbet. You can’t put watermelon in ice cream, it’s too acidic. Ben’s making sorbet.
Ben Cohen of Stamp Stampede, the organization that stamped dollar bills with “Don’t use this to bribe politicians”, as if politicians get paid in ones or people who carry petty cash have any direct control over whether politicians get bribed. This guy is the prince of performative outrage.
Of course Unilever blocked any attempt to draw attention to Palestine. I did temp work in one of the factories where the components of B&J ice cream are made, and they have special custom pallet sizes for “Israel’s” deliveries.
