You’re using the misappropriated conservative definition of the word. Woke originally means “aware of systemic discrimination”. You’re “awake” to the fact the system is trying to crush you.

Due process isn’t something you “deserve”. You are entitled to it, regardless of any circumstance. The process is due to you. It is your unalienable right.
