Good idea, but it’s too little too late. The problem isn’t just births, young people are also leaving Japan in droves.

It’s a good starting hypothesis. Maybe it won’t hold out, but you’ve got to start somewhere, and it’s a pretty safe assumption.

I didn’t agree with Jacques Chirac over most things, but damn, he had some good lines…
