General secretary Baby and chief minister Stalin threw me off for a second, lol, but regardless, seeing the continued impact of the Cuban revolution and the solidarity it begets across the world is encouraging in these times. I hope the Cuban people can continue their progress and thrive despite the constant attacks from the US empire.

They interact with the people they represent, often on a golf course. It’s just that those people aren’t you and me.

What can we realistically expect from this group?

It would be great if they could at least sanction Israel and the US in addition to what some of these states are already doing unilaterally, but short of blocking any further shipping of arms (many of these countries are positioned on or near key straits in the region, I guess) what else can they do other than direct conflict or more performative decrees from the same neoliberal-dominated institutions that are currently failing us?
