I’m assuming you mean Ian “H” Watkins from Steps. I was 14 when they became big and remember teenage boys absolutely hating them in the way they hate everything else aimed at teenage girls or young queer people, so I wouldn’t be surprised if some of those death threats weren’t a mistake.

I feel sorry for the Welsh. With Ian Watkins, and Huw Edwards’ conviction last year, it feels like their most successful men are predators.

I’m so glad we all voted the Tories out in favour of the party that actually cares for working people. /s
