well, for starters… what is the crown Prosecution service?
does anyone involved have pardon powers? how about extradition authority?
Can anyone tell me more about the Crown Prosecution Service, and UK criminal courts in general?

I try not to get hopeful about this stuff, knowing that he’d be getting a pardon if it were an American court… thankful it’s not, but I hope UK has better processes…
