Fascist movement tend to attract a lot of unstable, adrenaline addict aggro types. A lot of early Italian fascists came from the Arditi, which was basically early Italian SpecOps and were a bit notorious for being super violent and hopped up on stimulants all the time. I’ve worked with a lot of Vets who say modern SpecOps dudes are largely the same, always high on some shit and itching to kill or fuck anything. A lot of these guys get attracted to the Far Right after service.
Probably because this shit is more effective at damaging his image than the other horrible stuff. His fandom mostly liked the other awful shit he does, it makes him seem “badass” in their eyes.
Pointing out he’s a pee pee pants boy who broke his own dick is way more damaging to him that pointing out he’s a racist sex pest.
The most coherent argument I’ve heard from 
is that the whole point of this policy is to ping-pong the homeless around till they naturally congregate in areas far enough out of site that nobody will bother reporting them anymore. So basically forcing them into massive isolated encampments so you don’t have homeless people in public parks and shit.
Honestly if that’s the fucking goal why not just be honest and have the state buy some vacant lots and make sanctioned “camping sites”. At least then NGOs and shit could set up like showers and clinics and stuff nearby them. But knowing Amerikkka they’d probably just become concentration camps.
God forbid some just build some fucking public housing.
Another thing I’ve heard from Vets, their “badassery” is a bit overblown. Apparently, willingness to go on suicide missions the the main factor in determining if someone is a good SpecOps recruit, not actual ability to carry out the mission. Their actual combat skill isn’t that much better than a regular soldier, it’s just they’re willing to do the shock trooper ass shit that actual GIs will hesitate at.
