DwZ@lemmy.worldOPto World News@lemmy.world•Police in Australia are looking for six men who brutally beat a man riding a bicycle in an apparent road rage attackEnglish1·18 days agoSalut. Merci pour ton message. Je ne regarde pas toujours mes messages privés.
Je vais tenter de passer sur le chat.
Cordialement,
Alberta is the most conservative and most religious province in Canada. The Prime Minister of Alberta is a woman named Danielle Smith.
This is what she said two years ago:

Alberta is very rich because they have a ton of oil. But it’s really badly managed.
Norway has a lot of oil, but Norwegians have an investment fund to help future generations. Norwegians have strong labor rights. They are very environmentally conscious. They try to reduce plastics, they travel by bicycle, they use electric cars.
Alberta is the exact opposite. The big oil companies are privately owned. Local politicians oppose measures to reduce plastics pollution:

Alberta politicians also blame a lot of their local problems on Canada.
It’s just sad.
