The distribution and mechanisms of capital vs. labor will dictate the outcome and whether there can be any Balkanization. What could the West coast, say, actually do by itself? Will it create a parallel banking system? Stop paying taxes? These are much higher contradictions than feasible any time soon.
And capital has many global levers to pull. With a modicum of discipline it could hollow out the US, it just needs alternative operation centers to keep the profit machine running, to guarantee the parents, the copyrights, the unequal exchange system of profit extraction - and whatever else it restrictively invents.
To be clear I’m not being doomer, I just want to point out that these are very early stages of any larger events.

It should be obvious how and why you are different from liberals and where you don’t have the same goals (this should be 90%+ of your stated aims), otherwise your project is just a form of liberalism.
What you do is hold to your principled line, refuse to play their game of playing defense as if you share the same goals as liberals, and continue to build from a sustainable base of support - not just elections. Groups that fail on the first two are opportunists and inevitably either implode from their own infighting and incoherence and/or just become a liberal party.

Never underestimate the ability of an MBA to focus on exactly the wrong ways to increase profits and to instead get on jargon-filled hype trains (the jargon is catnip for them when trying to justify their own existence). Sure they do also go on power trips and inevitably discipline labor, but they spend 90% of their energy talking about promoting “growth” (they can’t define it) and becoming an “industry leader” (they can’t define that either) with the worst powerpoint presentation you’ve ever seen forced on a captive audience. Most important is to always promote a mentality of us (management) vs them (workers) so that everyone in management sees their own interests as aligned with yours in some way.

For individual nations there isn’t much reason to boycott the UN. It just leaves a (minor) amount of power on the table and if it is a major country (on the security council) doing so it gives the imperialist bloc even more leeway, such as when the USSR boycotted the UN because theye excluded the PRC and this gave imperialists carte blanche to label their genocidal invasion of Korea a UN police action" as if it wasn’t a blatant violation of the UN charter and od course just evil in itself.
An alternative would more reasonably emerge first, taking power with it, allowing the UN to wither. Obviously BRICS is not really much of a geopolitical body like the theoretical UN could be, but side structures like these could be turned into such things over time.
I think all of this should be understood as an expression of power more than a powerful thing in and of itself. The UN is, in reality, more a form of empire-serving liberal PR, legitimation, and way to whitewash military presence. As empire itself is undermined, so too will be the UN.
