    Scott was CEO of a health insurance entity that robbed Medicare for hundreds of millions and millions. If he was a commanding officer in the military, he’d be court-martialed, and sentenced to Leavenworth.

    But, because corporations are “Persons,” and CEOs of corporations are civilians who couldn’t possibly know what their executives are up to, none of them are subject to the same legal liabilities as real “Persons,” or the military CoJ, he got away with it.

    He should have been under the jail decades ago.

      Yeah I work in medical fraud detection, and I think it’s wild that if you only steal a few hundred thousand you buy a car and then get caught and sent to jail, but if you steal orders of magnitude more you get to be governor and then senator of Florida.
