I think Bibi knows the federal government is so totally dominated by Zionism that they will rapidly free him even imagining he was apprehended, allowing him to look like a martyr without anything bad actually happening to them. Or the NYPD refuses and he makes Mamdani look even more pathetic than in the previous scenario. He’s totally making a trip if Mamdani wins.
