A SINGLE COMMENT on their community is spam, but someone posting 10-minute reads every 5-minutes 247/365 isn’t spam?

They are posting a mix of news articles and pictures to only relevant communities. The account also comments in a way that seems very human. I’m not sure what you’re talking about. That’s not spam.
And as someone else already suggested: If you don’t like their content, block the account. You’re very much alone with your vendetta against this person.
So it’s not a newsbot, it’s a person. Bots which post certain publications are different.

This is the age old “they’re not posting ‘GLORY TO THE SOVIET UNION AND RUSSIA AND PUTIN’”, so Russian disinfo doesn’t exist.

He goes on about how he’s definitely an American (while saying things like “reality has a known Russian propaganda bias”, etc etc), posts against the US, pretend Uighur genocide isn’t happening, pretends Ukraine is full of Nazis, and then still pretends to be an American. He still will. He’s painfully obviously a Russian douche.
There isn’t any amount of evidence you can give for which a Russian would say “okay, you got me, I’m doing this for disinfo”.
So either youre denying the existence of Russian disinfo, or you’re just literally too stupid too see it. It’s either or.
Being a propagandist, a troll, and a spammer are different things. Being two of those at the same time is uncommon, and all three is rare.
