Anybody remember why the Nazis called the Holocaust “the Final Solution?”

It’s 'cause other possible ‘solutions’ – like this, forcibly relocating the undesirables to some other country – were tried first, but they couldn’t make them work. Israel’s working down the list in exactly the same way.
