People thought the same about Biden to lock in the vote last year but they didn’t. Maybe this will move faster because there isn’t a strong FDA or CDC to stop them from reclassification, only DEA and police unions would whine.

In 2024 Biden announced the move to reclassify to schedule III but it simply never happened. My response is more about how this is a distraction and meaningless unless actual movement to reclassification occurs.
I know they have been using it as a wedge issue for years, but Trump has actually been doing a lot of the things he says he’s going to do, and damn the processes that stand in the way…
