Many bodybuilders are drawn to breast milk due to its high protein content

Wait a minute something isnt adding up here

I looked up the macros and cow milk has three times as much protein in it as human milk

Breastmilk is more important for gut flora and other microbial benefits (which babies lack), its not really that useful for adults. Which is kinda the evolutionary point.

Wait, so why have I been paying a subscription based clinic in LA to give me stool transplants when I’ve been getting the necessary gut diversity from my fetish this whole time? Waste of fucking money.

Idk. Maybe a clinical study should test if thats an alternative treatment.

It also depends on if you didn’t get scammed.

Human milk is relatively very low in protein because human babies aren’t building much muscle for the first six months of life.

Don’t you need protein to grow though? I would imagine you’d need a lot of protein (relative to body weight ofc) in the first 6 months of life, cause I imagine your body is building a lot.

Yeah, but it doesn’t take a lot of protein to be a lot when you weigh 3.5kg

Results suggest that higher protein intake during pregnancy does not increase fetal and child growth and may even reduce early length growth.

Besides babies cant digest denser foods. Thats why you shouldnt feed them like chocolate or fruits.
