Brazil’s President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, a vocal critic Donald Trump, was reelected Sunday in a result that provides relief to critics of widening U.S. influence in Latin America.
With 100% of the vote counted, Brazil’s electoral court announced that the soon to be 81-year-old Lula had a lead of nearly 4.4 million votes over opponent Flávio Bolsonaro, giving him 51.8% of the total vote. Bolsonaro quickly refused to concede defeat and asked for the election results to be annulled after an evening of chaos at some polling places that followed a last-minute decision to extend voting by two hours.
Bolsonaro is the son of former President Jair Bolsonaro, whom Lula defeated to take the presidency in 2022.
Lula’s triumph bucks a regional trend of victories for right-of-center presidential candidates allied with Trump. It also means Latin America’s largest economy, with a GDP of $2.6 trillion per year, will likely continue defying Trump’s demands, despite the pressure of increased tariffs.

I’ve already spoken to all your stupid quoted points that I asked you to stop. You talk about Zelensky being taken out of context without even looking it up, all while you literally parse words to remove context. You’ve got nothing to say, so you’re riding my back.
Fuck off back to reddit, dork.
And yeah, fascism is the inevitable conclusion to all nationalism. Good self own. 👍
Thank you for answering, or at least attempting to answer, my questions.
As I occasionally tell Trump supporters, “I’m not going to do your homework for you.” You made the statement, you should be able to back it up.
Did I now?
You are one who chose to continue in this exchange.
Most, if not all, of my accounts have been suspended there and they might have some sort of ban on my location.
Actually, as (I suspect) a Putin apologist and/or possible tankie, you might want to give these subreddits a try:

r/GenZedong

Careful though, I think one of my accounts was banned from the latter as it participated in anti-Communist subreddits. You might want to join using an alternate account, that way you might avoid being banned, while still conforming to reddit’s rules.
Thank you for making that clear, and frankly I kind of agree with you there.
If by pushing a button I could make every soldier in Ukraine with a swastika tattoo; and/or tattoos of a Wolfsangel, Tottenkopf, and Black Sun (all 3), fall into a comma for 6 months, I’d probably push it, as they are probably liabilities to the cause—or maybe push it after Ukraine’s victory or after a decent settlement.
