It is generally accepted that the U.S. naval blockade on Iran, targeting both Iranian ships and ports, is nearly 100 percent effective.

I did not think that the USA would be able to accomplish this; Iran was said to have many many miles of underground tunnels full of drones and missiles, and I believed the claim.

Apparently not? Article says their revenue has fallen 40%.

I guess we’ll know the truth soon enough… well, kinda.

I think this article is slanted in the favor of the US, but I do think it raises some serious points to the contrary that Iran is steamrolling the US here, which I think the US and Israel launching the Iran War was stupid, pointless and murderous but I also see that desire in people to see the US get taught a lesson by Iran is clouding people’s ability to perceive the reality.

In the end I think military strategists will say that the US was highly effective at creating a naval blockade on Iran and denying Iran the capability of doing so back to the Strait Of Hormuz but that the costs associated were never sustainable for the US and that politically it didn’t matter anyways as the US and Israel never had any serious theory of achievable victory other than to “mow the grass”…
