He was helping Israelis which were partying right next to the Re’im military base. The headquarters for the IDF Gaza division. It is virtually impossible he did not help IDF terrorists.
That is what collaboration with occupiers gets you.
That isn’t fair. He wasn’t collaborating with Israel, he was just helping innocent people with no regard for their religions or ethnicities.
Which makes what Israel did to him much, much worse.
