Tuesday’s election showed us three things: Mayor Zohran Mamdani’s victory was not a fluke, grassroots organizing by progressive groups and unions can overcome big money, and unapologetic support for Palestinian freedom can be a winning campaign message.
I think your rhetoric accidentally explains why your comment is out of touch. There are only two types of houses in Israel - Palestinian houses and occupied Palestinian houses. Cursing them both is really just cursing one twice.
My comment illustrates why I don’t GAF what happens to Israel. The Palestinians still knowingly let the al-Qassam Brigades operate in their territory.
So if there’s genocide and apartheid against your people and you know some of your neighbors violently resist it, than you deserve it. Very enlightened take.
