This will only fly if Trump and his family never lose power. Because no way can they forever be barred. If we take this country back and use our checks and balances then this would be deemed illegal and thrown out in a sane court.

Personally, I hope we go way beyond prosecuting the Trump org for the egregious crimes being committed during this presidency.
