There are two perfectly valid options.
1, ignore the courts decision, “Now let them enforce it” and all that. Just use the new maps anyway.
2, if you really want to be proper about it, pass a law the text of which simply reads “Scott v. McDougle was wrongly decided, and the Commonwealth of Virginia will abide by the results of the ballot referendum on redistricting”
Along with either option I would include some extra things like lowering the mandatory retirement age for judges to make every VA Supreme Court Justice retire immediately, to make sure they don’t stick their fingers back in after you fix their mess.
They need to just ignore the court on this one. Let the court try to enforce theirbshit
