Has he really cared? The gerrymandering will keep him in office, so he’ll just continue to grift and collect. Then if he isn’t dead at the end of his term he’ll either move out of the country or just avoid all court cases/pay his way out of them. No one will do shit about it because they will go after the cabinet or just be fixing the massive mess
