    Would there be any legal defence to killing certain rich people along the lines of “They objectively damage society at large and a relatively small number of deaths would act as a deterrent against future acts against society”?

      The “rich guy” got beat up by at least one person, but (much like with Luigi Mangione) no one in Hawaii seems to recognize the alleged attacker.
