    I think it’s delusional to expect the Germans to be back, it’s like thinking Mongolia can take over the entire world like they did before, they had their ride, they are now history, we should focus on existing and emerging powers.

      Ehhh, I think every country has the capability to “bounce back”. China had a century of humiliation and they became a world power

        China’s potential was always there. The Century of Humiliation was largely self-inflicted. The Qing and their feudal mode of production proved weak against imperialist powers. But once the China was liberated, their rise has always been a historical inevitability.
