Isfahan, Fordow and Natanz are underground nuclear facilities. Iranian have never built nuke enrichment plants above ground, let alone storing military equipment on the surface like Americans did in Gulf monarchies bases. Isfahan is 80 m deep, not even BLU-109 can penetrate, Fordow is over 100 m deep. If they’re gonna latch onto the word “rubble” as some sort of gotcha then go on to describe literally the only thing the most uninformed westerner would know about the facility, that it’s deep underground, then yeah I think the term is applicable.
