The shooting with the scratched ear, IIRC, the FBI has refused to look into the shooters background. They killed him, so they can’t ask questions, and they refuse to investigate.
I’m just assuming this kind of thing is staged at this point unless he actually ends up catching a bullet in head. Even then, I wouldn’t be sure.
