    It’s because dogs are haram in Islam. It’s the most disgusting thing they can think of. I can say no more without it being a TOS violation.

      dogs aren’t considered haram (forbidden), rather najis (impure). For example if a dog is to lick you, that you should wash that spot before prayer.

      This of course still lends itself nicely to psychological warfare.
