Yes a civic service duty would be helpful, but I’m not sure making it mandatory would work out unless it were presented as one of several options.

No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in a ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be banned without warning
