A 14-year-old boy was arrested for allegedly swinging and kicking a baby alligator at the Stetson Aquatic Center in Florida on April 3. He was booked into the Volusia Sheriff’s Office Juvenile Resource Center and faces a felony charge for harming wildlife.

Because nobody really cares, and animals dont have souls, they were created to reproduce and be consumed by humans
Its inhumane to abuse animals, but I dont think it should be punishable by law, and especially not on paper like a record
And maybe, just maybe it was him releasing steam which is better on an animal than human
Well, neither do humans, but we care about those for the most part. Also many people care quite a lot about their pets.
Well, I very much think it should be. Guess we just disagree on that point. Though I do agree there should be a mechanism to clear juvenile records of people are rehabilitated/don’t re-offend.
Well, maybe next time he should try a tree or something.
