It’s about sowing confusion and doubt.

If half the states don’t trust the results and get dragged into protected battles leaving a constitutional crisis it’s effective, no matter what court shoots it down.

No, it’s about using legal-shenanigans to prevent votes, & while appeal may get the mail-in-votes re-instated, it’ll still affect the elections.

The Republicans are famous for pulling bullshit just-before-elections, so that even if repealed, it still altered the outcome.

“regulatory-capture” is only 1 kind of malevolent capture.

Having malevolent electorate … that’s even more profound.

And all Republican led states will follow Trump EO as if law. Watch as Texas and Florida do for sure.

That’s not good enough. We need to make it clear that any serious discussion with consideration of blatantly illegal acts is unacceptable.

Not all points of view are equally valid. It’s nonsense.

They don’t actually need courts because it’s outside of the president’s Authority and we all know it, the courts do not get to overturn the Constitution no matter what they might tell you.
