All I can hear when I read this headline is “premise for a 3.9/10 action thriller.”
Yah, I bet half the notes have disappeared, assumed completed burned and destroyed.
This headline makes me think that Bolivia takes its banknotes super seriously, if they kill 11 people over losing some in a plane crash.
